All orders placed by you via the website and our deliveries and services are exclusively subject to the following general terms and conditions, in the version that is valid at the time of the order. We do not accept conflicting terms and conditions of the customer unless we have agreed to their validity in writing. § 2 Right to return You may return merchandise that you have received only with indicating  reasons within one weeks by sending the merchandise back. Dessous and Shoes cannot be sendet back.  The time limit starts running one day after the day on which you have received the merchandise and instructions about the right to return enclosed separately in writing. Only in cases of merchandise that can not be shipped (e.g. in cases of bulky merchandise) you may exercise your right to return through a written request (e.g. by letter, fax or email). Returns will be accepted for consideration only when we receive them in the given time limit which means that you must ship it out on time. Return shipments will be at our cost and risk. In case that the merchandise has deteriorated, a compensation regarding the value may be claimed. This does not apply in case where the deterioration of the merchandise exclusively results from its inspection as it would have been possible for you in a shop. You also can avoid the obligation to compensate the value by not using the merchandise as if you owned it and by refraining from acts that might affect its value. You will find all documents helpful in connection with the return of the merchandise - together with the delivery note - in your shipment. Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to Austria, for instance, we can only accept a return from Austria. The costs of your order will be charged to your credit card or bank account. In case of a return, your relevant card or bank account will be credited. However, any losses that are caused by currency fluctuations will not be refunded. The articles offered on marcomarcu-onlineshop are presented as digital photographs depicting the existing merchandise. Slight differences between the photographs and reality do not constitute a defect of the ordered merchandise. 2. Please note that the articles presented on mytheresa.com may no longer be available at the time of the customer’s visit to our site, and the respective prices might have changed. All prices are listed in Euro incl. VAT and excluding shipping costs. 3. marcomarcu-onlineshop is entitled to perform partial deliveries. 4. Gift certificates are valid for three years from the date of purchase and cannot be returned.§ 3 Important Notes § 4 Conclusion of Contract 1. A contract between you and marcomarcu-onlineshop.de shall come into effect upon shipment of the merchandise that has been ordered by you. By submitting the ordering form provided on our website, you make a binding offer to us to conclude the contract. Your order has been placed once you have entered all the information that is required for the ordering process, and subsequently sent us the ordering form by clicking “submit order”. 2. marcomarcu-onlineshop.de shall be entitled to reject an order placed by you without stating any reasons. This shall apply particularly in those cases, where there are well-founded suspicions that the ordered articles are to be sold to third parties on a commercial basis. § 5 Saving of Contract We save your ordering data. If you wish to receive a hard copy of your order, you have the ability to print out the "order confirmation". The order confirmation will appear on your screen once you have submitted your order by clicking "submit order" and once your credit card data have been successfully checked. Furthermore, you will receive the order confirmation with all given data by email which may be printed out as well. § 6 Delivery and Shipment 1. Worldwide shipping is exclusively provided via DHL. marcomarcu-onlineshop.de bears the risk of transportation. 2. The merchandise will be ready for shipment one day after your order was placed at the latest. Upon dispatch, your parcel will arrive in one to four days, depending on the shipping method and the destination, unless it was agreed otherwise. 3. Shipment to non-EU countries The delivery period for countries that impose customs duty is two to four working days. Please note that we bear the insurance costs of the merchandise as well as the costs for any accompanying documents. Product prices are shown exclusive of VAT and customs duties; this also applies for German VAT. Please note that turnover tax on imports, customs duties as well as handling costs will be invoiced separately by DHL for each individual country.
